Returns

Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to return the item within seven days following the date of delivery. You must contact our Customer Service department within this timescale for a returns label. No refund will be forthcoming after this period. Please note due to health reasons body jewellery may only be returned if faulty. In the event of a return you can request a freepost returns label. However a fee of £7.95 covering the direct costs of the return will be deducted from your refund. Should you then decide to return an exchanged jewellery piece for a refund, you will be charged direct return costs for both jewellery pieces. In the event of a ring being ordered in the wrong size we will happily exchange this for the correct size however there will be a charge for the return of £7.95.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your contract while waiting for your order to be delivered, you can phone or email us. Please quote your Name and Order Number in any correspondence.

Product Information

Please note that we can not accept returns or make any exchanges on any earrings or body jewellery due to health and hygiene reasons.Personalised / Custom made items can only be returned for a exchange if they are found to have manufacturing faults. As these items are not resaleable no refund will be offered
